COVID-19 The covid pandemic impacts all aspects of our society The series of covid has 3 years of painting which is painted by the end of each year. Starts in "2020", "2021" and "2022", each piece indicates the phenomenon of the year. Each painting has key word or symbols which indeciate the events that occured throught each year. COVID-19 has turned the world upside down. Everything has been impacted. How we live and interact with each other, how we work and communicate, how we move around and travel. Encomey-wise, mental health-wise, environmental-wise... Every aspect of our lives has been affected. "2020" the first year of covid, 2020 is an elephant. Elephants represent many things: they're symbols of luck and prosperity, in Buddhism elephants represent physical strength supposedly indicates mental strength and responsibility. Humanity in the 21st century explores what shaped us in the past, who we are now and what might we become. It examines us as individuals, what makes us tick, as groups. We live in an amazing era with technologies, living standards, and global interactions that could never have been imagined just a few centuries ago. And we seem hell or heaven-bent on continually changing our world and ourselves at an ever-increasing pace. Then covid hit us...
