説明

Original oil painting, an interpretation of the paperboat sculpture "Traumschiff Tante Olga" of Anatol. The artist, student of Joseph Beuys, took part at documenta 6 and sailed in the 12 m big paperboat from Dangast (North Sea) to Kassel 1977. This artwork and the performance symbolised children's dreams, which Anatol brought to the famous international art exhibition. In the context of today, the dreams seem to be forgotten and the carefree days very fragile. 50 x40 cm, oil on wood panel, ready to hang, with a white border about 2 cm deep. Varnished. Signed on the front and back.

アーティスト紹介

I am a German-Ukrainian artist, born in Kiev in 1991, grown up near Kassel. After one year at the Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Ukraine I continued my training as an autodidact under the guidance of international artists and curators. Since 2020, I have been working as a professional artist and combine this with part-time work as a doctor. I create hyperrealistic seascapes using psychological reflections and knowledge to show the viewer a state of mindfulness, deceleration and self-awareness through connection to nature. Through my art I aim to create a way to maintain and heal mental health in today's world of technology and post-truth.
