藝術並不僅止於美的呈現，更是關照內在與觀看世界的方式。創作類型多元的留法藝術家與資深藝術設計師，法國艾克斯—馬賽大學數位藝術碩士，臺灣藝術大學美術學士。跨足繪畫、數位藝術、視覺設計與插畫，樂於嘗試各種不同的媒材與創作領域，作品類型多元，涵蓋繪畫、攝影、數位藝術、裝置藝術、平面設計、雕塑⋯等。作品曾於台灣、中國、德國、義大利及法國等地參展。旅法五年期間，於法國參與多場聯展及藝術展會活動。互動藝術裝置作品曾於法國普羅旺斯Fondation Vasarely、Patio du Bois de l’Aune、Espace Fernand Pouillon參與展出，並獲得當地媒體報導。曾多次參與南法普羅旺斯「Festival Gamerz」展覽會、馬賽Friche la Belle de Mai的「Instants Video 2014」展覽會活動。2019年，通過甄選獲得文化部全額公費補助參訪法國教育部、龐畢度藝術中心、Cité des sciences、Centre de Recherches interdisciplinaires CRI、Musée du Graffiti⋯⋯等藝術文化、研究與教育機構。關注生態環境議題，旅法期間於法國普羅旺斯、馬賽展出發表「植物語」互動裝置藝術作品。2023年起，開始發展生物、植生異質融合變異的繪畫創作「Difflora」作品系列。「Difflora」系列多件作品參與了台灣、德國、義大利及法國的藝術博覽會，如：Night Art Fair Taipei夜台北國際藝術博覽會、德國Discovery Art Fair Frankfurt法蘭克福探索藝術博覽會、義大利UNAHOTELS Expo Fiera Milano的「Art Beyond Borders」、法國International Contemporary Art Fair巴黎國際當代藝術博覽會。2023年8月參與「青藝力-大港企業永續未來藝術創作計畫」，利用各式企業廢棄物如電子板、齒輪、廢紙材等材料，透過藝術創作賦予廢棄物新生命的複合媒材作品「Difflora N°2307-C」，獲選入圍該計畫藝術成果展。2024年起，開始進行「Mutanimal」作品系列，表達對於動物和人類世界交疊的想像和探索，探討生物多樣性、身份認同或是跨越種族的敘事等主題。參賽經驗豐富並獲得多項獎項肯定，2009年代表臺灣參與國際鞋樣設計競賽並取得優秀成果，設計類作品曾獲2019 A’ Design Award and Competition、國際鞋樣設計競賽 (International Footwear Design Competition 2009)等國際獎項Runner-Up成績。2009年，於中國廣州展出獲得國際競賽Runner-Up的創意女鞋設計作品。在台灣也獲得許多獎項，2008年曾獲得「第二屆Project Bornway設計師新人獎」鞋樣設計冠軍，獲獎作品曾於國立故宮博物院、2010年臺北國際花卉博覽會、朱銘美術館、台中新光三越百貨、台北101 Page One展出。工作經驗曾服務於淡江大學研究中心、國立故宮博物院、法國巴黎VISACTU媒體公司、資訊工業策進會等單位負責視覺設計工作。從事藝術設計工作逾15年，深耕藝術文化領域超過25年，持續專注耕耘藝術專業領域，累積更豐沛多元且具深度的創作。作品網站：https://chiayenho.wordpress.com【創作理念】
近年的創作計畫與Difflora系列的關係，或許可以從2015年的作品「植物語（Parole des Plantes）」互動藝術裝置談起，這件作品緊扣著人類、生態與環境的議題，探討自然與人類社會交互影響的關係。2017年的「竭盡全力」壓克力彩畫作品以自然生態的元素表現抽象的感受和概念。在我多年藝術創作歷程的脈絡裡，事實上一直關注自然環境，並從中取材轉化成為更深層的意境。2023年開始Difflora系列，Difflora為英法文詞彙字根結合的作品名稱，以單詞結構來看，「Diff」可解釋為相異、不同、區別，或是「Diffuse」擴散、散佈的，「flora」則與植物群落或花卉等詞彙相關聯。因此，Difflora系列詮釋與花朵、花瓣、植物或生機有關的主題，一種花朵或花瓣的散落與散發的意象，或是由特質相異不同種類的植物結合在一起。表現多種形態、顏色、性質的類植物意象，呈現異質融合，變異與綻放，展現繽紛欣欣向榮的氛圍。作品呈現異質融合變異的樣態，或新穎的植物元素，描寫其生長、交融、互動的型態，表現植生變異與融合的意象，以超現實或抽象的風格呈現。此系列作品也可能呈現多種類似變種的生物細胞、器官和姿態等元素，描繪異種結合與變異的新生型態。2024年開始創作「Mutanimal」作品系列，透過繪畫及複合媒材創作表達對於動物世界和人類世界交疊的想像和探索。這個系列作品可能揉合了動物特徵和人類特徵，探討了生物多樣性、身份認同或是跨越種族的敘事等主題。這樣的作品可能帶給觀眾對於自然和社會之間複雜關係的省思，並帶來對於生命的多樣性和共生的思考。透過運用回收材料創作的複合媒材藝術作品，對於自然、動物和人類的獨特想像和呈現方式提出了不同的視角。無論如何，這樣的系列作品將會提供觀眾一個豐富的體驗和思考空間。表現內心世界的風景，也是我另一種創作模式之一。例如：竭盡全力、飛了、我們之間、傳說和抉擇這幾件作品，以描繪客觀寫實形象的手法來表現心中主觀的心理狀態。創作過程拆解所有畫面組成的元素，然後將這些元素以寫實的方式描繪，接著再將所有寫實物件重新組合起來。雖然以寫實手法描繪，但並非現實。看似寫實的畫面卻不會出現在現實世界中，它就只是存在心理層次的寫實風景。但，這樣的題材表現形式，卻比其他創作形式，如抽象繪畫或其他類型的寫生等等，都更貼切地詮釋自己內心想表達的意念和狀態。I am a versatile artist and experienced art designer with a diverse range of creative works. I hold a Master's degree in Digital Arts from Aix-Marseille University in France and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from National Taiwan University of Arts. My artistic pursuits span across painting, digital art, visual design, and illustration. I actively explore different materials and areas of creation, resulting in a diverse range of artwork, including painting, photography, digital art, installation art, graphic design, and sculpture.I am particularly concerned with ecological and environmental issues. During my stay in France, I exhibited the interactive installation artwork "Parole des plantes" in Provence and Marseille. Starting in 2023, I began developing the "Difflora" series of paintings that explore the fusion and variation of biological and plant heterogeneities. Works from the "Difflora" series have been exhibited at art fairs in Taiwan, Germany, Italy, and France, including the Night Art Fair Taipei, Discovery Art Fair Frankfurt, UNAHOTELS Expo Fiera Milano's "Art Beyond Borders," and the International Contemporary Art Fair in Paris. In August 2023, I participated in the "YOUTH ASTISTIC POWER – Kaohsiung Enterprise Sustainable Future Art Creation Project," creating the mixed-media artwork "Difflora N°2307-C" using various industrial waste materials such as circuit boards, gears, and scrap paper, and was selected for the project art exhibition. From 2024 onwards, I have begun working on the "Mutanimal" series, exploring the overlap and interaction between the animal and human worlds, addressing themes of biodiversity, identity, interspecies, and cross-cultural issues. Through my artworks, I aim to engage in a dialogue with the audience, prompting reflection on the intricate relationship between nature and society, and contemplating the diversity and coexistence of life forms.My artworks have been exhibited in Taiwan, China, Germany, Italy, and France. During the five years in France, I participated in numerous group exhibitions and art events. My interactive art installation artwork was showcased at Fondation Vasarely, Patio du Bois de l'Aune, and Espace Fernand Pouillon in Provence in France, and received local media coverage. I have also been involved in the filming of documentary videos for the exhibitions "FESTIVAL GAMERZ" and "Instants Video 2014" at Friche la Belle de Mai in Marseille. In 2019, I was selected to receive full funding from the Ministry of Culture Taiwan to visit various art, cultural, research, and educational institutions in France, such as the Ministry of Education, Pompidou Art Center, Cité des sciences, Centre de Recherches interdisciplinaires CRI, and Musée du Graffiti.I have extensive experience in competitions and have received multiple awards. My design work was recognized as a runner-up in the 2019 A' Design Award and Competition. In 2009, I represented Taiwan in the International Footwear Design Competition held in Guangzhou in China, and achieved outstanding results by receiving the Runner-Up award for my creative lady’s shoe design. I have also received numerous awards in Taiwan. In 2008, I won the championship in shoe design at the "2nd Shoe Design Competition of the Bornway Project." My artworks have been exhibited at the National Palace Museum, the 2010 Taipei International Flora Expo, the Ju Ming Museum, the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store in Taichung, and Page One at Taipei 101.I have worked in visual design roles for institutions such as the Research Center of Tamkang University, the National Palace Museum, VISACTU Media Company in Paris, and the Institute for Information Industry. With over 15 years of experience in art and design, I have been deeply involved in the art and cultural field for over 25 years.
