Artist Introduction

當代藝術家林儀君(Jean)於2013年在台灣完成了工業設計學士學位。畢業後,她在 Kinjo 金工工作,使用木材和陶瓷等在其後工作中用於餐具和家具設計,並開始接觸了藝術相關的創作經驗。一直以來她以文字為研究,主要於觀察人類習性和日常生活環境,發現其中的痕跡與現象。為探討更深的創作,她自2017年起在特里爾應用科學大學伊達爾奧伯施泰因校區攻讀寶石和珠寶藝術碩士學位。之間曾在英國倫敦 TG0 實習,又至日本長岡造型藝術大學以交換生的身份學習日本職人的藝術精神。 而 2020 年她在德國順利畢業,目前繼續在當代藝術領域中進行研究和實驗,與更進一步的接觸在地創生等規劃。 Taiwanese artist, Lin I-Chun (Jean Lin), completed her Bachelor in Industrial design in Taiwan, 2013. She worked in Kinjo studio for Jewellery Design after graduation, and has experience with wood and other materials for tableware and furniture design. She has invented a research approach about TEXT as a subject and discovered a phenomenon on the street from human habits and daily life. In order to explore her topic, she decided to study her Master of Fine Arts in Gemstone and Jewellery at the University of Trier Applied Science, Campus Idar-Oberstein since 2017. Before the Exchange in Nagaoka for gaining the Japanese techniques and theory, she had an internship in TG0 in London, the UK to get in touch with the customers and design the graphics for the website. The summer in 2020, she has achieved her final graduation in Germany. To continue the gain during studying and creating abroad.
