從小我就熱愛畫畫與手作，對於用雙手創造美感有種說不出的熱情。長大後，我走進與藝術設計相關的工作領域，成立了自己的工作室，也在與客戶互動、生活經驗中，發現自己對心理與情緒的關注越來越深，進而開始接觸社工團體與心理學課程。
疫情期間，是我藝術旅程的重要轉捩點。當時我首次接觸酒精墨水創作，深刻體會到創作對我不只是興趣，而是一種靈魂層次的渴望。那段時間，家人重病，我一度以為我們的相處時光所剩無多。在陪伴家人的同時，我也透過抽象創作安頓自己的內在情緒，進而發展出一套屬於自己的療癒繪畫流程。
這段深刻的經歷，讓我開始將這套創作方法延伸為藝術療癒課程，陪伴更多人透過創作傾聽自己、釋放情緒。我也進一步投入藝術治療課程的學習，不斷地自我探索、學習與整合，逐漸建立起獨特的創作語言與藝術風格。
我相信，每個人心中都有一個需要被理解的角落，而藝術正是一座溫柔的橋，能讓我們更靠近自己。
透過作品與課程，我希望能為人們帶來療癒與想像的空間，讓每一段生命歷程都能被溫柔承接，也讓創作成為我們面對人生時最真誠的陪伴。

From a young age, I’ve been passionate about drawing and handcrafts, with an indescribable love for creating beauty with my hands. As I grew older, I entered the world of art and design, eventually founding my own studio. Through interactions with clients and my own life experiences, I found myself increasingly drawn to the study of psychology and emotion. This curiosity led me to engage with social work communities and pursue psychology courses.

A pivotal moment in my artistic journey occurred during the pandemic when I first encountered alcohol ink as a medium. I realized that creating art was no longer just an interest—it became a soul-deep yearning. At that time, a close family member fell critically ill, and I thought our time together might be limited. While caring for my family, I also used abstract painting to ground my emotional world, eventually developing a healing process of my own.

This deeply transformative experience inspired me to extend this creative process into art-based healing workshops, helping others reconnect with themselves and release emotions through their own creative expression. I also pursued formal studies in art therapy, continually exploring, learning, and integrating new insights to gradually develop a unique artistic language and style.

I believe that each person carries a corner of their heart that longs to be understood. Art, for me, is a gentle bridge that brings us closer to ourselves.

Through my work and workshops, I hope to offer a space for healing and imagination, where every chapter of life can be embraced with tenderness, and where creation becomes our truest companion as we navigate life’s journey.
